I just had to jot this memory down. Earlier this evening we flew home from our Thanksgiving trip to Austin. You were excellent on the flights. So lively and cute. After our brief stop in Phenox we were taking off again and you and I were playing a silly little game where I was making you laugh. It was a real laugh too one where you would throw your head back you were laughing so hard. (There's no happier sound in the world than genuine kid laughter). After a while of laughing so hard, you looked at me and said "oh myyyyy gosh" as if you understood sarcasm and were saying "oh my gosh. That was hilarious" like an adult. You are hilarious girl.
On a sweeter note, you sang "I am like a star shining brightly" all by yourself today. It made dad cry. Dad cried because it was one of the sweetest things you have ever done. He later told me it was the part that said "I know heavenly after loves me" that got him emotional. I didn't know you knew all the words. You are growing up right before our eyes... And sometimes a little too fast. You really are the bright star of our everyday. We love you so much.
